Early in 2003, we developed the Asphalt Recycled Mixing Plant, Cooperation with Shanghai Road Material Institute, we successfully made the trial production at that time. Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province approved CXTCM to establish Asphalt Hot Recycled Mixing Plant Technology Center in 2008. 

Now, we have Asphalt Cold Recycled Mixing Plant and Asphalt Hot Recycled Mixing plant, with different model, such as CRD100, CRD150, CRD200, PRD500, PRD1000, PRD1500 and PRD2000. Our Asphalt Recycled Mixing Plant can be used not only with corresponding Asphalt Mixing Plant, but also alone. It has very good economic and social benefits.

Our Asphalt Recycled Mixing Plant is mainly composed of cold RAP crusher system, cold RAP supply system, dryer drum heating system, weighing system for hot RAP, and PC-based control system. 
All our Asphalt Recycled Mixing Plant are designed to be modular structured and PC-based controlled, providing an easy delivery and installation as well as great convenience for disassembling when there is a requirement for transporting. 
All the components of our mixing plants are processed in our manufacturing workshop, and only an assembling is required when they are delivered to construction project sites, which allows easy installation and shortened assembly time.
