1-Pre crush and screen system
The user can select suitable pre crushing and screening system for Asphalt Hot Recycled Mixing Plant. If the user supplied milling material, that can choose simple A type independent milling material pre crushing and screening system; if the big old material is provided by the user, you can choose B type independent joint pre crushing and screening system.
This two systems can pre crush and screen effectively for all kinds of reclaimed old material , and to reduce the destruction for the original stone particle size in the crushing process , and to ensure the accuracy of grading for the production of renewable materials.
2-Cold material feeding system
Conventional configuration is two cold hoppers (special circumstances can be with three), adopts continuous weighing method, it's more accurate than the volume type weighing, thus ensuring the grading accuracy of the finished material.
Diesel spray system can be installed in the cold hopper according to the user’s requirements, to prevent and reduce adhesion of old materials.
3- Old material elevator
Adopts plate chain structure, It is more stable than the anchor chain in work. The bottom of each lifting bucket adopts arc structure, and is not easy to adhere to the old material.
According to the requirement of the user, to install the diesel spray device inside to prevent and reduce the adhesion of the old material.
4-Dryer drum material feeding method
Adopting lateral bottom feeding mode to avoid the disadvantages of the top feeding mode. The top feed can make small material which with high bitumen content is directly blown to the rear of the dryer drum and not passed full heating, it's easy to stick on the equipment. Another a part of smaller material will be directly into the flue channel, stick on the fan's impeller, so that cause the failure of the draught fan.
There is an alarm device at the inside of the feeding mouth of the elevator, which can automatically alarm and lock the device once the material was block or accumulated too much, so as to avoid accidental occurrence.
5-Heating method
Adopts downstream non contact heating way, there is a fire combustion chamber between the burner and the dryer drum. The old material can be heated to 140 Celsius degree above by convection radiation principle.
In the combustion chamber, the rotary heating method can change the hot spot frequently, thus ensuring the service life of the refractory material. The heat insulation barrel inside adopts modular casting, the refractory materials can be resistant to high temperature of 1500 Celsius degree above. It can be replaced separately, no need to replace the whole one. it's not only save the cost, but also reduce the maintenance time.
Adopting a special burner, low press and low noise compressed air atomization principle, the flame does not directly contact with the refractory cement, protect the combustion chamber. At the same time, it makes the heat source closer to the heat exchange area and improves the heat efficiency.
The burner has the function of automatic withdrawal.
Special thimble type burner, which flame diameter is more suitable for combustion chamber and the dryer drum‘s size, effectively avoid to damage the combustion chamber and the dryer drum, improving the thermal efficiency.
6- Dryer drum
Using increase the diameter and length of the dryer drum, to increase the running time of the old material in the dryer drum.
Adopting flexiable lifting device. The flexible lifting device can prevent the old material from sticking due to the melting of asphalt at the same time
7- Hot Bin
Adopting entirety with rock wool insulation. Using heat conduction oil to heat the cone of bin. Makes easy stick inclined wall keeps more heat, prevent fine material adhere to the silo wall.
The timing and automatic diesel spraying device is arranged in the interior of the bin, which can prevent the adhesion of the old material.
The double asymmetric door structure, to open and close the door at the different time to solve the discharging door adhesion problems, but also improves the accuracy of measurement.
8- Mixer material feeding method
Inclined chute feeding, the conventional feeding method with closed structure. There is heat conducting oil heating insulation outside, to ensure the shell always maintain the high temperature state. At the same time, the diesel automatic spray device to prevent adhesion of old material.
The belt conveyor can be combined effectively according to the different site, especially when asphalt hot recycle mixing plants joint with the original asphalt mixing plants. 9- Control system
