Stationary Asphalt Mixing Plant

Stationary Asphalt Mixing Plant is a batch type, which is mainly composed of cold aggregate supply system, dryer drum heating system, weighing system for aggregate, powder and bitumen, powder storage and supply system, dust collector, bitumen storage and heating system, and PC-based control system. 
Batch mix plants manufacture a very high-quality finished product due to the accurate measurement of each batch produced.
The intermittent production process enables them to easily switch back and forth between different mix specification if necessary.
In batch plants, the pug mill uses arms with paddles attached to them, thus creating a forced or physical mixing of the components.
In most cases, they come with filter bag dust collectors. The dust generated during the whole process could be captured, leaving the surround environment not polluted that much.

Stationary Asphalt Mixing Plants make small accurate batches of asphalt mixture through a process that is repeated over and over until the total tonnage for a project has been manufactured. Beginning from hot aggregate weighing, and ending with discharging action completed, one whole batch usually takes about 45~55 seconds. The mixing time can be lengthened or shortened and thereby the mixing quality can be varied, depending on the type of material being produced.

Stationary Asphalt Mixing Plants are designed to be modular structured and PC-based controlled, providing an easy delivery and installation as well as great convenience for disassembling when there is a requirement for transporting. 
All the components of our mixing plants are processed in our manufacturing workshop, and only an assembling is required when they are delivered to construction project sites, which allows easy installation and shortened assembly time.
