Wuxi Xuetao supplied 500-ton Finished material Silo Empowers Nikko Asphalt Mixing Plant for the Construction of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport

        On-site at the Shenyang Taoxian International Airport Expansion & Reconstruction Project, a large-capacity 500-ton finished-material silo custom-built by Wuxi Xuetao for the Nikko asphalt mixing plant has been successfully commissioned, playing a vital role in asphalt paving for airport runways and taxiways.

       Constrained by daytime flight operations, construction work at Shenyang Taoxian Airport can only be carried out as time-limited emergency repairs and rapid operations within nighttime work windows. Deployed in this project in conjunction with the Nikko mixing plant, the Wuxi Xuetao 500-ton finished-material silo leverages its advantages of large-capacity material storage and thermal insulation. It stockpiles sufficient high-quality asphalt mixture in advance, effectively mitigating the challenge of insufficient nighttime construction hours. Eliminating repeated start-stop cycles of equipment greatly shortens the construction schedule and ensures efficient, high-quality completion of airport pavement works, which perfectly adapts to the special on-site construction conditions of airports.
